2. What The Chicago List Is

The Chicago List is a community-driven directory of restaurant menu prices in Chicago. Menu data is submitted by users and is not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date. Always verify prices directly with the restaurant before ordering.

3. User Submissions

• You may only submit menu prices that you have personally verified.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or copyrighted content.
• By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display it within the app.
• We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the app or its infrastructure.
• Create fake accounts or submit spam content.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Restaurant Owner Accounts

Restaurant owners who subscribe to a premium plan agree to our billing terms managed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of menu prices or restaurant information. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on content in this app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
